Last week I had the pleasure of visiting one of our factory partners to examine the production of our first shipment to the San Francisco Bay Area. I had a blast of a time reviewing products with our quality control team and snapping a few shots with the people who have been working hard to produce the three piece sofa sectional that you bought.
One of the things that really impresses me is the level of detail that our quality control team goes to ensure that our customers get a high-quality product. They have been rigorous in inspecting not only a sample of the whole shipment, but every single piece and sofa – turning them inside out, assembling it themselves, and ensuring the packaging of each order is superb so that it can withstand any potential bumps on the road during transport.
